The morning light
My studio is the first room in the house to get the morning light. On the morning I took the reference photos for this painting, the sun coming through the window was particularly bright which created the perfect atmosphere to paint a subject I wanted to paint for awhile - my husband's cowboy hat. The hat is woven, allowing light to filter through while having the ability to reflect some fantastic colors. Please enjoy "My Cowboy" 6"x 6" Oil on Panel.
